Q&A

What inspired you to become a therapist?

From a young age, I found myself naturally drawn to exploring deeper emotional and psychological experiences, often the kinds of conversations others shied away from. I was fascinated by what drives us as human beings, and I felt a strong pull toward understanding the complexities of the human mind and heart. Over time, I realized how meaningful it was when my ability to truly listen and connect with others helped them feel seen, heard, and supported. This early curiosity and desire to hold space for others evolved into a passion for therapy and a deep commitment to supporting people on their healing journeys.

What do you feel are your greatest strengths?

My ability to remain grounded, compassionate, and focused on each person's unique strengths while remaining grounded in what actually works to help people recover.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

Clients can expect to leave our sessions feeling heard, supported, and increasingly confident in their ability to navigate the challenges they face. My goal is to create a safe, trusting environment where we can examine difficult topics without judgement. While Iโ€™m here to provide guidance and support, I also want clients to feel empowered and increasingly confident in their own ability to cope, heal, and move forward. By the end of our work together, my hope is that clients not only feel like theyโ€™ve been in good hands, but also that theyโ€™ve built the tools and resilience needed to thrive on their own.
