At Nema Health, we are dedicated to providing a safe, therapeutic environment where healing can happen. For this partnership to be effective, it must be built on a foundation of mutual respect. We commit to treating you with dignity, compassion, and professional excellence. In return, we require that our patients engage with our staff—including clinicians, care coordinators, and administrative team members—in a respectful manner.
While we understand that the journey through trauma recovery can involve intense emotions, we maintain a firm boundary regarding the safety of our team. Harassment, verbal abuse, use of profanity directed at staff, threats of violence, or discriminatory language in any form (written or verbal) are not tolerated. Engaging in these behaviors may result in immediate termination of services and a referral to external care. Our goal is to maintain a sanctuary for healing, and that begins with ensuring the safety and well-being of everyone in the Nema community.
