Q&A

What inspired you to become a therapist?

The true, if clichΓ©d answer is: because I wanted to make a difference in people's lives. What that really means is that I want to be a part of making life better and more manageable. We each have a well of resilience, even when it's hard to believe it, and I want to help people uncover that and find hope and meaning in their lives.

What do you feel are your greatest strengths?

I have over twelve years of experience as a therapist, and extensive training in a variety of evidence-based treatment methods, including CPT. In addition to working with my own clients, I support other therapists and serve as a client advocate. I am clear-headed in a crisis and bring a sense of clarity and calm to challenging situations.

‍What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

Clients can expect warmth, authenticity, and emotional support along with practical tools. My approach is collaborative and structured, putting my clients in the driver's seat. My goal is for clients to leave sessions feeling more grounded and more capable, with a renewed sense of hope
