What inspired you to become a therapist?

I have always been a sensitive and empathetic person who values human connection. Becoming a therapist felt like a natural path that allows me to connect with others while supporting them as they navigate challenges. It is incredibly meaningful to build a career centered on growth, authenticity and helping others heal.

What do you feel are your greatest strengths?

Listening and connecting with others. Building relationships. I've been told I am down to earth and have a calming presence.
