Kaitlyn is a licensed therapist with 7 years of experience.
Iβve always been deeply curious about the mind and human behavior. During college, I volunteered as a research assistant and worked as a clinical assistant at a local behavioral health center. These early roles helped me realize that I wanted to not only provide direct care, but also develop a strong foundation in evidence-based treatments, which led me to pursue a PhD in Clinical Psychology. Iβm drawn to the meaningful connections that can be built in therapy and value creating a safe, supportive space where individuals feel empowered to explore their thoughts and emotions.
I believe one of my greatest strengths is my ability to quickly build strong, trusting relationships while creating a warm, empathetic environment. I approach therapy with a collaborative mindset, working alongside clients to set meaningful, mutually agreed-upon goals. I also recognize that starting therapy can feel vulnerable, so I make it a priority to create a comfortable space where clients feel safe while gently encouraging progress toward a more fulfilling life.
My goal is for clients to leave sessions feeling empowered with new skills and a renewed sense of hope. I strive to blend warmth and empathy with a structured approach to treatment, ensuring that clients not only understand key takeaways and practice assignments but also feel a sense of agency in their lives. Ultimately, I want clients to know that they have a supportive ally walking alongside them on their journey toward healing and growth.
